CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
In order to fully honor our time together, I designate ample time on my schedule for your service and any consultation and post-service questions and support. My commitment to each client is that you never feel rushed or stressed in my studio. In order to create this sacred space I book a maximum of 4 clients per day. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Of course, this policy does not apply in an emergency situation.

Cancellations of an appointment that is made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will be automatically charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount of the scheduled service.

No calls or no-shows will be charged the full 100% service amount.
